Emily Graff joined Marysue Rucci Books and Simon Element as an Executive Editor in August 2023. She began her career at Penguin Press, and has worked at Simon and Schuster and HarperCollins. She has published an array of critically acclaimed and bestselling authors. Anne Speyer joined Marysue Rucci Books as an Executive Editor in 2024 to publish standout suspense and thriller, book club fiction, and literary fiction. She was previously an editor at Ballantine Books for over a decade, where she edited award-winning and bestselling books by J. P. Delaney, C. J. Tudor, Alan Bradley, Christy Lefteri, and Julia Heaberlin, as well as debut fiction by Ava Glass, Antonia Angress, Delia Cai, Michelle Hoffman, and Katherine Wood. Across genres, she is drawn to distinctive voices, complicated characters, and juicy plot lines. A New York City native, she lives in Brooklyn with a dog named Fish.

Emma Taussig joined Marysue Rucci Books as a Publishing Associate in September 2023. She began her career at Simon Element, where she contributed editorial work on a variety of nonfiction titles. In her role at Marysue Rucci Books she has assisted on bestselling and critically acclaimed titles by Mona Awad, Paul Yoon, Wally Lamb, and many more. She is passionate about amplifying new voices in both fiction and nonfiction and looks for an inventive literary voice that hooks her from the first page.
